The Pillowans Abroad Province is currently the only [[Province|province]] of the Pillow Fortress. It is non-territorial, being that it consists of no space, but rather is a legal entity defined as constituting all Pillowans living outside of the physical territory of the Principality. In a time when the Pillow Fortress's only other claims are uninhabited and not integrated as first level [[Fortressian Administrative Divisions|administrative divisions]], the Pillowans Abroad Province serves to facilitate the [[Council of Labor]] as a functioning council within the [[Directory]].
