The Territory Use and Development Branch of the Republic of the Serene Gate's Department of Territorial Affairs administers the Republic's territories. Unlike the Pillow Fortress, the Serene Gate does not use a system of devolved governing units, but rather all territories are controlled directly by the government of the republic with as few intermediate structures as possible.
